I was honestly in the same boat. I may be in the minority, but one think that attracted me to the new BB41 was the move from a snowflake to lollipop second hand. I can deal with (and quite like) the one snowflake hour hand

The Ranger hand looks infinitely better to me. The snowflake looks like a 5 year old tried to design a watch, and Tudor cleaned it up in an 8-bit software program...

Always wear a samsung smart watch when working as it helps me track my movement and also can leave my phone so less chance of breakages. But once the weekends arrive I match to my outfit and my favourite piece is a yachtmaster 2 in gold for those special occasions
