Fun fact - I saw one of the vehicles at the Petersen Museum in LA.
Will never understand the hate for this movie.

Ditto, although I could understand some of it due to the ridiculous decisions many of the crew take, things even reg/rational non-astronauts would not do.

I dunno what's the overall hate about the movie though.

Generally it's a good movie imo.

Chris Pine and Ben Foster were very good in Hell or High Water along with Jeff Bridges, this one looks to be a great cast and the trailer is interesting.

Did anyone ever watch this comedy from back in the 80s called Three O'Clock High? I thought it was one of the funniest movies at the time.

A lot of films are called comedy but I honestly rarely LOL watching them...I can't remember the last one to make me do so, unfortunately. Ok, maybe that scene from Old School

Re 3 'o clock, love the tension surrounding the hero, will he get away or not? Just a great movie, comedy or otherwise.

Liked Can't Buy Me Love. Didn't really like Three O'Clock High. Different strokes, I guess.

Seduced and Abandoned.

Had not heard of it but was in the mood for a documentary. With director James Toback and Alec Baldwin. They go to Cannes, they talk to a few legend directors about making movies, they talk to a few money guys about financing a movie, potentially a remake of Last Tango in Paris that they want to do starring Baldwin and Neve Cambell. I kept wondering if they were genuinely serious about making this movie. Not surprised that an actual film does not appear to have followed.

The Midnight Sky

Pretty unfolds exactly like you suspect from the description. Competent, well produced, a tad dull, lacks interest, unimaginative......... but still better than most netflx movies.

Rewatching Brawl in Cell Block 99. Wicked and violent. Vince Vaughn is quite imposing.
