It was the same pilot officer that I accompanied at a couple of formal events. He was in town having his Eurocopter EC-135 serviced.

Technically, I "dated" three men last evening since his co-pilot and flight eng. were also there. We were at The Old Triangle Irish Pub. I let them pay for my dinner since I knew it was coming out of their Per Diem.

Irish Stew with a crown of mash and a few Guinness.

Honestly I'm not sure, I just use whatever olive oil I have but I've also heard peanut and canola oil is good to use. The trick that I do is I use no flour, because otherwise the coating doesn't properly stick to the chicken.
