Given my naive nature, I'd be incline to believe a person who visits the ER and says, "I don't know how the hell that got up there!". But based on this ER statement, I'm having to rethink my position on this important matter.

Lady Jane, you've mentioned that you are experienced in this area. Can you confirm that this statement is correct?

He was banned from OT a few days ago for posting a meme of the Muppets watching an exotic dancer. I didn't see the post but he said that the dancer was only shown from the legs down.

That's unfortunate. His posts are not usually provocative at all. He is a great contributor the off topic forum. Hopefully he will be reinstated.

I respectfully request that this ban be temporary. Esteban is a long time contributing member. He is always respectful, helpful and diffuses situations with others. I am certain that he didn’t intentionally post something that crossed the line. I understand the need to monitor posts and remove offensive content but maybe someone’s tenure and behavior history can be taken into account and issued a warning before they are banned. Thank you.

Agreed. there seems to be a too quick to ban policy with the admins.
