I simply did not want to waste another breath on such people. It amazes me how people think it’s okay to go to the movies and talk or check their phones throughout.

That's horrible, and the jawdropping thing is they dare talk back to you as if they are in the right. Totally ridiculous.

Saw Thor Love & Thunder.

Enjoyed it very much as I do with nearly all MARVEL and DC Films. Stayed for the 2 post credit scenes. They are definitely setting up the next Thor movie with a Epic battle between Greek Gods.

Count me in again!

She is definitely one of my absolute favorite actresses. Sooooo gorgeous!
And I'm loving her on this epic role.

Wish I could watch this but I can't watch movies with subtitles. I get a kind of motion sickness from these.

I can't do subtitles either. Not because of any motion sickness, but I feel like I'm missing out on the cinematography and acting because I'm having to read instead of listen.

Isn't there an option for the visually-impaired where they read out things for you? Try that.

Ya, at first I thought that it was annoying because I have a cheap friend so he always wants to make the most out of everything, so, in this case, use 'all' the functions which means switching on the subtitles. However, for me, I now find it useful as sometimes I'm doing other things or the room is noisy so when the actors are speaking softly/saying difficult/technical/unexpected words I don't need to rewind.

There is but probably not for all shows/movies since they need to put in the effort and make that version. Tell me if you luck out.

Watched Hell or High Water last night.

Realized it was written by the creator of Yellowstone and I got the vibe from that. Pretty good movie.

Heads up, everyone mentions movies here mostly on streaming services. The website JustWatch allows you to search a movie and it will tell you which of the 1000x streaming services it is on

It was a great action movie! It’s Taken meets John Wick served up with the drama style of Parasite. Go watch it if you can.

Terminator 2 debuted 31 years (and two weeks) ago.

I've lost track of the number of times I've watched this film.
Including the very first time, as a 12 year old in the theatre.

I just read that the kid in T2 grew up and got addicted to heroin and other drugs....I think he got clean this past year, though.
