As it's Friday pan seared fresh salmon fillets with baked potatoes topped with sour cream, mixed salad leftovers from yesterday washed down with glass of Estevez Sauvignon Blanc then water after. For sweet a triangle of Toblerone,just one.

I have 1/2 dozen good ones, some from Granny that should be shared.

I can start tonight with my 'original' margarita recipe....

Traveled to Ithaca, NY to take my incoming Freshman to college. Was walking around downtown looking for dinner and randomly popped into Mercato Bar & Kitchen. Had a really enjoyable meal. Had a couple of handmade margaritas that were very satisfying along with a hanger steak, shoestring fries and sautéed spinach that really hit the spot.

While doing an orientation in a campus library, we ran into this vending machine......hmmmm.....better not be hungry when these are the offerings....
