That sounds absolutely brilliant.

Thing is, if it's marketed properly, people would be all over it. Then the rest of the companies would be out to "perfect" the "secret".

I'd say 8-12oz whole milk, 47g of whey isolate, 2oz oats, and 4oz Caribbean rum.
