As my dad used to say:

"It sure is nice out."

"I think I'll leave it out."

Back in my day, thread was used for sewing. All these new-fangled computer terms. It's just too much for me to understand. I think I'll go have some hot tea.

And Heather. You forgot Heather. I had five Heathers in my class in high school including two Heather MacDonalds that were not related to each other.

So I'm doing pizza delivery.
I go to a house today. Husband remarks how they had to order pizza because the local walmart didn't have enough staff to fill their $200+ grocery order in a timely manner. Something about by Wednesday or something, I tuned out.
In the driveway where 4 cars. Him, his wife, a son mowing lawn and a young child (4-5 maybe). The walmart is 6 minutes away. I don't see any damaged appendages. They seem to not be drooling or convulsing. They are mobile, so not dead, heart seems to function.

This isn't uncommon from what I'm seeing.
Now granted I'm seeing a very small portion of even the local population. But holy fucking shit are people becoming absolute morons, lazy, weak, naïve, societal and economic drains. It's really hard for me to see any upside based on what I see daily.
And there is no age, economic status or any other metric I can say stands out. They are all just lost causes.
This includes half or better of the staff I work with.

My dad had a well-healed friend who claimed he traded in his cars when the ashtrays became full.
