Pretty typical breakfast over here… bacon, eggs, salsa, and avocado toast(some days oatmeal/waffle/etc- use maple, but not much)
Somewhat off topic- but a little video on my take of breakfast/eating/health: |

Absolutely. I love rice, and eat the amount that works for you me when I have it. A lot of people are oblivious to the caloric footprint of their eating habits. A calorie counter can help with that tremendously

Is it considered breakfast if you haven't slept yet. Second dinner maybe? .....but I skipped breakfast too.
No pics, but grilled chicken and shrimp, tossed in "confusion" sauce (equal to a spicy shrimp sauce) with a Caesar salad. |

I had a bacon butty myself this morning. The new butcher I recently discovered has really nice english bacon. I guess you could say that I had an international breakfast, english bacon on toasted french bread washed down with a big ol' glass of ass, aka cranberry juice. Sorry, it was so tasty that it was gone before I thought to take any photos. It wasn't much to look at anyway. Ha, even the butter dish is empty.
