So one person is saying that if contract ends in 2011 i have to pay 400 for 16gig iphone4and there's people out there who preordered theres for 199 and their contract ends in 2011. Oh well I wasnt able to preorder anyway so I guess I'll wait to see what happens to those who preordered.

My bad, it says later this Summer, not after.

Limited availability of the white iPhone 4 was revealed on Monday, when an internal memo from AT&T suggested that supplies would be scarce at launch. That memo said that while AT&T stores will take reservations for the white iPhone 4, it will not become available until later this summer.

so i did a pre-order (june 15) make a reservation online and pick-up in store.. i went through but i did not receive any email from apple. i called my local apple store and confirm that i can pick-up on june 24. guess what, they dont have my name on the list.. damn, im camping out on the 24th

I'm not sure what the rumors are saying but it'd be safer to go to Apple if you're in search of white. Apparently there is a problem in the manufacturing process...I'm not sure if I'd want to buy one just yet without knowing if the problem is a defect or just a logistical screw up.
