Let's hope so, I just bought another 100k of it. I'm tempted to go for a nice round 500k and see what happens.

Wraith protocol should ensure a steady rise imo

Those fuckers are holding my bitcoin transfer to my Ledger wallet since Monday. Supposed to be cleared today but WTF, why are they holding a transfer, makes no sense. I wanted to sell some of it(btc) but I don't know if I want to now.

Crypto losses are offsetting my earnings at Apple, though it isn't exactly explosive earnings.

literally fuck coinbase in the ass.

I already missed out on some great gains by the stupid ass waiting period when i bought Bitcoin a while ago. During the wait time, Bitcoin had hit its peak but of course, i couldnt do anything as i was waiting for the purchase to go through. By the time my verification went through, i didnt need to buy Bitcoin anymore. Finally, my Bitcoin arrives, and now its tanking while Ripple is shooting up. I missed out on Verge and Tron as well when they were a fraction of what they cost now.

Now Im sending my BTC to Binance and of course, there will be a wait time. But i can predict the future from here. By the time I receive my BTC in Binance, BTC will have tanked even harder while Ripple, Tron, Verge, etc will have grown even further up. Ill cut my losses and just buy one or more of the alt coins in mass quantities. I confirm the transaction and sleep on it. Ill wake up in the morning to find that BTC has skyrocketed, and the alt coins I bought the night before are worth a quarter of a dog's shit. in the end, ill realize that i basically paid money to shift money around on the interwebz.....FUCK YOUUUU

This is when your convicton is tested.

In a sellofff like this, you have no idea why and no fundamentals to fall back on. Could be a buying opportunity, could be on its way to 0.

Like I said, this is the problem with speculation with no real substance other than euphoria. It's fun when it goes up, but what do you do now? Bitcoin isn't producing anything real, making profits, or paying a divided. Its price us purely based on someone else willing to pay more.

You buy like you said when it goes down. look at the graph even when it falls it is a small amount compared to when it rally's so you need to weather the storm. It isn't back to $1000 a coin like in January which is like yesterday so don't sell and regret missing out on the next rally. A temporary lull isn't the death nail for bitcoin or crypto dispute fire reports in the media and pundits saying I told you so.

Could not the same be said about Gold, sliver and diamonds? They are precious metals and stones only because the bunch of humans got together and said "We like this shinny stuff and there in a limited amount of it...So do we all agree to make it "valuable" "...
Of course one cannot eat gold, or have it help in agriculture or hunting and gathering nor for that matter in developing weapons of war (all stuff humans love doing)
... it serves no "real" purpose in our survival or procreation from a biological perspective...
(except now we understand the that precious metal have unique elector-chemical properties but really unlikely that that was understood when we first all decided to love it)
So if you give someone enough gold they may let you "practice procreation" with them, sure! but it is only because both of them have place value in a metal and the reason is that other around them have done the same....

I am not advocating digital currency all i am pointing out is that real currency had it's start from a gold standard, which at the end of day was just a shinny metal that bends easily...

Eh. I’m still up 170% from when I bought in and I’m buying the dip. Like a great man once said: “if he dies, he dies.”

Gold, silver, and precious metals are a physical existence, which is the difference to crypto, IMO. I don't see bounds of extracting or "mining" bitcoins as much of a small playing field as actual gold miners. Of course these values will change over time as well, but the trends have lasted the length of time and the whole crypto thing is still pretty new in the grand scheme of "funds". Much like our paper money isn't really worth anything without something backing it, it'd just be a piece of paper. So what happens in the digital age will continue to be a roller coaster much as it is now and will likely be a long time before it "settles", if it makes it that far.

Also, diamonds are pretty much worthless unless they are over "x" carat with precision cuts and clarity, the rest are junk, and it's a well known fact. You can, get money for your gold and diamond ring at the jewelry store, but you'll likely only see money from the gold because the diamonds are just that..., worthless.

I don't trust the crypto currency rollercoaster enough to bother with it when there are other avenues for investment. But, with anything they are all gambles, so who knows, it could skyrocket again and I'll be happy for those that make money off of it, however it is not for me.

If you sell in a dip like this, you're an idiot. Its already coming back. Buy buy buy. ITs all on it way back as I type this...I watched ethereum gain $100 in 3 min.
