Everyone must be out enjoying their weekend!

I did. Saw this guy while out on a spin on my seg-chair this afternoon. I only had my 7D and all in one Sigma lens on it, but considering I was shooting from a moving vehicle, not too bad. I think this is a juvenile.

I shot that off the deck of my friend's mountain cabin. Aodad came by once or twice per day, but I only saw the ram once.

Oh, that was Fort Davis, Texas, not Colorado. I haven't heard that they're in Colorado at all.

Bought this a few months ago but figured I would join here.
It is a 2011 CPO 335i with 6MT, Deep sea blue metallic with oyster/black interior!
Really want to go stage 1 or 2 but we will see how long I can hold off. Don't want trouble with the warranty.
Love the car so far!

Nice pose. Is that CA around the tail feathers and background branches? Was this taken with your 500mm plus extension? Just wondering if the artifacts are from the 500 or the tele extender?

No, I was only 15-feet away, so the DOF is extremely shallow. Both the EF 1.4x and 2.0x TC-III are critically sharp. This is the 1.4x.

It was indeed. A female was very close as well. I am seeing a lot of red-tail mating activity going on now, and I am assuming it is the same for the northern harriers.
