Those ribs look delicious. I'd like to pick up a little smoker grill to use with ribs and whatnot. Only having a small patio space with my townhouse though, I'm not sure my neighbors or the HOA would like me using a smoker.

My wife bought me our first one as a father's day present about 12 years ago. I loved that little 3-burner. One day I decided to ream out all the holes in the burners and ruined it ; ( I donated it to the baseball team and they still use it.
Then she got me this huge stainless thing that I never could get right. Finally the burners quit passing the gas thru, so I went and bought another little-r one. My go-to to ensure a great tri-tip grilling is a nice rubbing of Montreal steak seasoning, and plenty of Jack Daniels. IF I don't drink any Jack, the grill just doesn't work right. . . |

This Weber was double the cost of my last grill. But without even cooking on it, I can tell it is money well spent. And I've read where folks have used their Weber for a decade! All of the stainless steel, it's heavy, and I'm loving the tank fuel level reader! Although I always keep a spare tank on hand, it's great to know when I will almost be empty.

Here's some ribs I did previously...
Tried a different seasoning tactic over the traditional dry rubs: Sage, Thyme, Rosemary, Garlic, Salt and Pepper. WOW...! This was some of the tastiest ribs I have EVER had! And I have eaten plenty from various barbecue spots. ![]() ![]() ![]()

LOL. theAxiom beat me to it.
This would be a great thread for us to show our grills. I have nothing to show for, but I do have Portable 13" grill from walmart. It serves our purpose. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Backyard-G...Black/37850137 ![]()

I actually have a large fire pit at my house, and I'll burn through a stack of about 25 logs of mesquite or oak and then use that for my BBQs. I have a chimney, fill that with lump charcoal and just let it burn for a good 20-30 minutes before putting it over the grille. Then I add my piece of mesquite and oak afterwards.

So this is only my second time cooking on this grill because of all the non-stop rainfall. But here we have chicken breasts marinated nearly 30hrs in a Mediterranean white wine garlic and lemon marinade grilled to perfection. I have cooked plenty of chicken and eaten plenty out. This was some of the absolute tastiest I've EVER had! Will be preparing again soon...
