Not trying to dump on ya, but there is no way in he!l that this site grosses over $8billion per year. That would be absolutely ridiculous. I'd actually be shocked if they did even $8mm.

I though for a second it was a name of a boat bringing the beemers to the U.S. and it caught on fire or something.

3.5 million users paying (best guess) 2500 annually for the ability to cheat prior to today....equals 8.75 Billion. Simple math, not saying this is accurate, simply for illustration of potential Gross Revenue.

I have never used this site, nor do I condone behavior of this type in any way - simply applying a little math to what I do know - users x fee = Cha Ching.

From a business perspective - if a spouse stood to lose $150,000 if caught cheating, but only had to spend $2,500 to cheat without repercussion...or fear of losing their $150,000....thats like shooting fish in a barrel...

Haha yes I am a math major, I get it. I also work in business development in the market, and an $8.75b company would most definitely be on my radar. Plus I just can't see 3.5million guys paying $2500/yr to cheat on their wives when there are so many free apps and crap. I don't use any of this garbage either, and I am not married, but those numbers seem too high. I'm absolutely not saying your estimates are stupid or anything, I'd venture to say that there isn't a single $40b+ subscription based company (using a gross multiple of 5) that flew past me (I specialize in subscription based companies).

Yea - the multiple is high...but so are many libidos

37 million to be more specific...

Given their 'need' for privacy, likely the actual numbers are well hidden.

Not saying it is/isn't a billion revenue company, but i know their revenues are in the tank now...

Well, let's use some more realistic number? How much would i pay?

I've been married for 7-10 years (who the fuck is counting?), no prenup and one dead daddy. No debts.

My country just looks at the bottom line and divides everything, but future income stays with the one who earns it. We don't have alimony for the spouse so I'd get like 150 euros per kid from the spouse, less if we have fully shared custody.

Now, because hormones go wild and I need to get laid and the old meat just doesn't do it, how much would i be willing to pay to be sure I wouldn't get caught?

If had an insurance I don't get ratted out, 300 per month? Easily.

My grandfather cheated on my grandma, and I have traumas of her crying. I have never cheated on anyone I've even dated. I have managed to have two relationships simultaneously ("from now on, we are room mates, unto we can move on clearly") but even then, situation was made clear to all parties.

Even IF i was a cheat freak, I would not pay $10/mo for that site.
I would rather put $10 worth of gas, and drive down to Local City College or University to increase my luck.

There are hot and cute residual gals left over during summer.

Dude we are pushing 40. Even if we take the family haulers, no luck. In M's as we all know, no hope.

Just to be clear I wasn't calling ASBSECU E93 stupid or saying his "guesstimate" data was wrong. I was more saying that I don't think the company grosses anywhere near $8.75 billion per year. Saying that is almost as wild to me as a biopharm engineer not hearing about a serum that let's you live forever. I literally have every company that grosses over 1million incrementally scaling it up to 1 billion in a spreadsheet. So I don't know how I could miss a company that does over 8billion or anywhere in that realm. Alternatively it could be a shell corp, or even better... and international shell corp that slipped my radar. But even then, it's my job to know literally every high grossing company's financials. Idk cheers to all of you guys with happy marriages and aren't scumbags cheating

I take it you drive the M3 instead of the Avalon in this scenario?

Lol, he didn't take it so, neither did I. I was just making a point of showing how I'd calculate in my case if that would be my way to do it.

I see it so, that if you commit, you bloody well commit. If you're not all in (wallets and balls deep) just keep dating.

Nobody who drives an m has any hope of getting laid. Trust me on this, since I'd probably be the fist one to make this happen since most car geeks (the potential group I'd hunt from) are men.

I'll keep you all posted...

I couldn't help myself, I easily found their shell corp (it's public info) and I ran financials for mid-high ticket subscription based services and they came in around $100 million/year. And their net profit was under $11million.

I agree with you. I'm not a company analyst by any stretch, but in any subscription service, not all "active" members are "full" paying members. This is true from web services to periodicals. I would imagine at any point about 60% active members will pay something and only about half of those pay full price. Subscription services are constantly figuring out how to add new "active" members and getting them enticed enough to pay full price.

Case in point, my friends is paying $2 per month for Netflix streaming for the next 8 years. I paid $6 for 3 years of Bloomberg Business Week, $15 for Xbox Live, $4/mo XM Radio, hell I don't even pay retail for my postpaid cell phone plan at T-Mobile.

I bet you for all these examples only XM and T-Mobile are actually making any money on those services they are selling to me/my friend

No worries man - I believe I said 'potential' gross in the 'fake' scenario

Simply a what-if had the company had been able to leverage the 'cheat' characteristic of millions of registered users (adoption rate of registered users)...

BTW - approved a loan to one of the top 10 largest bottle water producers in the world today Company fundamentals are rock solid!!! $$ to be made in water....

I guess cheating isn't as profitable as I imagined - in my mind and all
