Story is so off the wall that you can't assume anything in the article is an actual "fact". Interesting how there is no mention about why she went to police station (instead of impound yard) to get the car and there is no reason given for why she didn't simply produce the registration (which should be in her wallet) when claiming the car.

More details - apparently she showed up at the wrong precinct asking for her car, and they had no idea what she was going on about. She then started behaving erratically... again.

Are you guys seriously discuusing what kind of BMW she was driving right now? While strictly "dancing" at a red light isn't cause for being cuffed, raging in the wind and not seeing the red light turn green, even with cops beside/behind you might very well be cause for you to be pulled over and cited for distracted driving.

But people never misbehave, nor fail to respond to lawful orders from those we have entrusted with that duty, so they should never be cuffed and removed from the streets, for their own safety or yours.

One doesn't need to read the article and assume she is a victim or not a victim. It is possible to not have enough information to conclude - I know that's a novel concept in today's world when people form opinions in 15 seconds based on headlines, sound bites, Facebook posts and tweets.

I'm not the one in here picking apart her story and assuming she's wrong. She started the lawsuit claiming to be the victim, unless you have something up your sleeve that says otherwise everyone is just speculating here.

It is often so laughable to me, how it is so easy for people to disbelieve the citizens who are being abused by the police until it affects someone they know and it becomes a completely different issue.

Anyone of you guys saw the video of what happened to former tennis Star James Blake?
who was standing in front of his hotel and was tackled by a police officer without warning, without declaring himself to be a police or anything of the sort?

I bet if it was an average Joe, people would be saying he must've done something before the Camera started for the police to tackle him like that.

Let me make something clear to all who are willing to listen. Police in a lot of communities now, especially in Minority communities are in the business of manufacturing Criminals, creating bogus offenses against people in order to make MONEY for the State.......

I don't know if this Woman's story is true, but let me tell you all this from personal experience.

I used to drive a Toyota Camry for 7 years........how many times was I stopped by the police? Maybe 3 or 4 times. Now i drove a E90 M3. I have been stopped 4 times already this summer alone.
One night i was stopped for NO REASON, digged down by the Police and then after they couldn't find anything in my car, they game me 4 tickets claiming my tint was too dark on my car. Well, my tints are indeed maybe darker than the legal limits.........but my windows, all 4 of them was DOWN, when I was stopped, which means I was not stopped for dark tints but for other reasons which has yet to be explained to me. Now, even with my tints being dark. Should i have gotten 4 TICKETS one for each window on a Single car?

of course not, but its all about making money for the state and exploiting people who are paying the very taxes that makes it possible for Police to be paid.

I hope she wins and Wins BIG$$$$.

These Police officers are out of Control, and i really don't know what is happening in this country with people who swore to serve and protect doing the exact opposite of what hey are being paid to do.......

So your view boils down to believing the story and thinking it is unreasonable to have questions about it because she said she is a victim and the story is in the tabloids and on the internet so it must be true?
