its the new "in." short and layered. i used to have longer hair but its just a hassle to manage and depending on a person's face, short hair can look really nice. i think it looks classy

i like short and medium length hair on girls. no boy cut short. and long is cool too, but not too long.

I think a girl with short hair has to have a really cute/small face. I've seen hawt girls with both long and short hair. As long as her hair isn't shorter than mine. Thats just wrong and not attractive.

this is true, girls with fat faces or round faces don't look so great with short hair.

To answer the question though, I dont' think it matters, it's more how it's styled than anything else. Short hair, long hair, doesnt' matter to me...depends on the girl.
