With that being said though, how did Steve Thomas BMW not make this list? They are top notch and deserve to be on it!
+1 on this. I've never bought a car there (have been doing euro delivery through Adrian Avila). But I helped a friend buy a car through coggin with a great experience. And have sent 5 or 6 more people there with equally positive experiences. In all cases prices have been significantly better than Braman.

It would be interesting to know the criteria BMWUSA uses to evaluate its "best" dealerships. Sales/lease numbers? Service/warranty claims #s? Owner input? Who knows?

don't know how far south you stay but I stay in Pines and had a great experience at Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines. I have gotten my car fix after warranty expired 3 times for free they are awesome, been going there for 2+ years
Does service they're great! I use a Lauderdale BMW for service - same owner. As for buying a car, their prices were not too great!

This award is not based on how well you take care of customers but based on metrics that BMW cares about.
Thank you for the call out of our store Laurel BMW in a westmont.
We are far from perfect but have a great staff that care greatly.

I like BMW of Murray, glad to see they made the list. I didn't buy my car there, but I go there for service and the service is top notch.

Not shocking there are none in IL, I mean the biggest ones are HORRIBLE to deal with (Patrick and Perillo), and the one I have had the best experience with (Anderson/Crystal Lake) is too small to make the list.
We all know each dealership has its own personality, too big to care about you, area has too much money to want to "deal" on the cars (actually had Knauz tell me that, one of their CA said "people shopping here don't care about discounts"), too small to get allocation on hot cars, horrible finance manager, horrible trade-in/used car manager...

HueHueHue. IMO, once Ryan Amico left, the dealership went downhill.

Go Rusak.

Why is your license plate located on the right front bumper. It looks weird. Doesn't Md allow you to put them in the center. I live in Delaware and there is no front license plate requirement.

it's a tow hook mounted plate holder. Otherwise he'd have to mount the plate by drilling holes on his bumper.

Where is century west in CA? With all those massively overpriced M2's, they would surely top the performance charts!
