Question: Do you text your order to the missus, does she just know your tastes, or do you have to actually TALK to her about the sammich you want this morning??????

Those photos scream SODIUM, but I don't eat pork - so eggwhites and maybe chicken for me. I'll take Chic-fil-a.

Duncan is the best of those but mine at home are better. My favorite is a real NYC poppie seed bagel, toasted, buttered, with fresh sliced Taylor ham, fried egg, and cheese.

I can't remember a morning in the past 40 years that I haven't had a pork product and egg for breakfast. Typical is 2 pieces of lightly cooked bacon, 2 fried eggs, and a buttered English muffin. And before axiom has a heart attack, my cholesterol is low and sodium fine.

The ultimate breakfast sandwich is a stubb. John madden had two before each game and gave up football so he could keep eating them. He gave the recipie as an announcer for a superbowl and my friends and I have them each superbowl. Ham, sausage, bacon, eggs, cheese, on texas toast. Nice.

I would switch #2 with #1. My favorite however is a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel from a place that makes their own bagels.

Yeah none of these compare to an authentic New Jersey Taylor Ham Egg and Cheese.

Depending on where you live, you may not have all of the options.

Here, we do not have Chick-fil-A and Dunkin Donuts.

There's a Dunkin' Donuts in SSF and Chick-fil-a in Walnut Creek. Both pretty close to you and both worth visiting .

If I'm doing a fast food breakfast sammich, my preferences is BK sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant #1, McD sausage and egg on a biscuit #2 and McD sausage mcmuffin egg and cheese #3.

Best breakfast sandwich in the country is the McJohn in Penn Yan, NY at the Wagner. Extra Crispy Bacon, Egg and Cheese on a Croissant. Best breakfast place on the planet with the best breakfast sandwiches I (and everyone I've brought there) has ever had.

and finally, to impart some wisdom into this thread, this is how its done:
Today was a 'do it at home' day. My boy requested Bacon, Egg and Cheese on a Bagel and I made myself Taylor Pork Roll, Egg and Cheese on a soft roll. Egg over easy with the yolk pierced before you flip it so it doesn't ejaculate all over your face and chin on your first bite.
