I don't see what they did wrong, they didnt tell you this to your face, they were in an area where customers are not around. Nothing wrong with making fun of customers, this sort of thing happens everywhere.

I'd probably go back again but dressed in a Superman costume and flanked by men in suits with a Shield suitcase handcuffed to the wrist.

Well, I mean that 'agents of shield' badge is kind of cringey though...
Idk what you expected man. Have you ever worked in a customer service environment? I would be surprised if they DIDNT talk shit. |

I thought you canuck’s had thicker skin.
You are a nerd. You should expect that people laugh at you behind your back. Sorry you had to find out this way. |

I also don't see anything they did as being that bad and I can honestly say I have seen customized cars that me and a friend would say we didn't like and talked about it. This is different than "that guy is a real XXX"
I would say any customization of your car or being really picky about it is going to have some people saying negative things about it, part of customization. I have plenty of passengers who tell me I am crazy when I park away from the closest spot, telling me the value of my car and the levels I take to not get dings is ridiculous. Decided to not care.

What I don't understand is why this bothers you so much. They think not washing the car is dumb, so what? I hope that if there was a camera on my car while at the dealership this is the worst that happens. Were you happy with the work they did and the overall satisfaction with the dealership? If so I wouldn't post things like this unless you never plan to take the car back to the dealership (which if things went well is likely a mistake).

The CF trim inside is tasteful and looks to have been well done. The "don't wash" request is also completely legitimate, since dealers are notorious for terrible wash practices.
The stick-on "Agents of Shield" logo on the back was way too much for me. I may think it's cringy as all hell, but fuck it, you do you man. It's your car - do whatever makes you happy! |

Not read full thread, but Make this video go viral, just so that dealership can see what kind if people they employ.
If you requested your car not to be washed, its your car and your choice. They should be appreciative that by you taking your car there, the customer is paying their wage. Make the video go viral and hope their manager see's it too. Losing business will help pull the stick out of their a$$ |

You might want to check your local laws. Recording a conversation that the participants reasonably expect to be private could be grounds for a civil lawsuit, or even criminal charges.

This is why our shop asks customers to turn off their dash cams. Either they do it, or we do it. |

That M sticker on the sport button though
Really dude? Lala land. For the record, I think you're offended too easily.

I'm with OP. I'd be thanking the customer that I don't have to wash his car, rather than making fun of him over it. The rest of it... who cares.

Exactly! I don't really care what they think of my stickers. As long as it is not M badge on non-M car, it is not capital crime. But why the hell would these guys think not washing is funny? Just don't wash it for god sake.
