Got it..i think i saw a GTR... I first thought was that these were a bunch of tool bags with too much disposable income showing off for each other... it was clear that the car(s) behind the C class were holding up traffic to give this imbecile from road for his idiotic shenanigans ...I thought the cops would come back and just ask them who thier idiots friends were... But if it was a car show/meet, it makes sense why the cops didn't grab them too...

So I get and empathize with the first two sentences, but what is up with the third one? Take another look at the defendants... Our criminal justices history does not indicate that they will get off lightly(nor should these two idiots). So i am not sure how you are so "sure...." ... just my two cents.

Both eluded. Driver will have many charges against him. Doubt that the passenger does other than eluding (i.e. not turning himself him).

It would of looked better for him if he turned himself in. His dumbass friend brought this on them both. Driving that recklessly in a high traffic / pedestrian area is super dangerous. He disobeyed a lawful order and fled with no regard for the officers safety or others. If you ask me sit his @ss in jail for awhile, seize the car and revoke his license. Driving is a privilege not a right.
