I wonder if they could make 7th longer or add an 8th gear and push more than 369 km/h .. it would seem the engine had a lot more in it, but maybe the car would start to lift at that speed.

Amazing though, what a machine they have put together there.

Okay, step away from the similarities. The 718 motor has about as much in common with the V4 in the 919 as my EA888, namely cylinder count and displacement. That's about it.

Fk that, pointless track for that car, and it barely beat last years quali time at Spa, might not lap Monaco faster than this years 1:10.8 which is about 13 seconds faster than Sennas fastest lap...

What I want to see is this years F1 cars, completely deregulated, lap the ring.
