Yeah, I was wondering the same. So EOP for the F80 is 10/18 so I understand that as they stop making it in October. Do they stop making the F80 October 1 or 31st? So there could potentially be lots of deliveries of the last batch of cars in the end of this year in November and December right?

I would do it sooner than later, they already pulled the plug on some options.

It isn't uncommon for a model year to go longer than 12 months, but they seem to try to limit them to 12. Of course, in the final year of production for a generation, it often goes over. So, assuming the predicted dates hold for the end of these models' lifespans, we will see MY2020 for the 4 Series and M4 go from March 2019 until June 2020 for the coupes and until October 2020 for the convertibles. |

So does this mean that MY2020 4 Series Convertibles will be the same as 2019...i.e.(F33) and not G23?
My 2016 lease is up on 2/19 but I would wait for the next gen if the 2020 SOP was only 1 month away. |

Salute to the out-going 6 series Gran-coupes & Convertibles!
6GC has to be the sexiest sedan on the road nowadays! Hopefully the 8 will continue our dominance in the 4 door coupe class! |

My2019 F82 Eop 2/19
Question - why do we think the MY2019 F82/F83 will have only a 8mos run?
In prior threads it sounded like the F82 would continue through MY2020. Does that still seem to be the case? Just wondering if its worth waiting to see if they will do any MY2020 tweaks to the car or if MY19 and MY20 are going to be pretty much identical? Perhaps the M4 Competition (like what they are doing with the M2?) Considering ordering a MY2019 (selling my MY2015) - but now just curious as to what BMW's plans are with such a short model run through February 2019
