I went to the Monaco Grand Prix in 2015 when Rosberg won it. Hamilton led for the first 65 laps or so and got edged by Nico late. I have a hit list of tracks I have to see so hopefully the numbers will climb.

Positions 5-12 or so are the ones to watch imho. It really is best among the rest with respect to competition. Mercedes Benz AMG, Scuderia Ferrari and Aston Martin have the first 4 or so spots locked down. It's far from a level playing field but I still enjoy it. All of those guys on the grid are uber talented and it would be interesting to see how individual fortunes would change if drivers moved to the more prominent teams.

I've done Melbourne, Spa, Monza and Montreal. Arguably the 4 best GP's on the calendar.

Melbourne the best organised by so far it was laughable, other three were amateurs.

Bottled it again. Running strong, missed his marks at the stop, as a result the wheel nut did not go on right and he retired.

Absolute giblet. Give Vergne the seat.

No, right.

He missed his marks, overshot them. As a result the wheel guy was a) rushed and b) reaching sideways and mis-thread the nut.

He's hopeless, always finds a way to fuck it up.

I watch F1, nascar, Indy on and off but my current favorite series is IMSA and specifically the GTLM class. They're closer to street cars then the other series yet tear up the tracks including Le Mans. We usually go to a race each year either Lime Rock or Watkins Glen. One year we'll get to France for the big one. Go Corvette!

I loved the turbo era of the late 80s early 90s. Been to Montreal GP, it was fun and great night life but I really want to go to Monaco.

The documentary on Netflix is insanely good, better than watching an actual race, why wouldn't it be when all the drama is condensed. I've only watched 3 episodes, will finish more this weekend

Got hooked in ‘85 at the Detroit GP. The next year had press passes, was in the automotive industry. Brushed shoulders with Niki Lauda and Alain Prost walking through the pits before I knew who they were.

Been hooked ever since!

Awesome seats in Casino Square at the 2008 Monaco F1 race....first 1/3 rain; second 1/3 dry line developing; last 1/3 FLAT OUT; Lewis in his 2nd yr was the only one who didn’t lift through Casino Square and was an inch from the Armco....he won and went on to clinch his first World Driving Championship

In addition to those, this should be an exciting year!!

Penalty after qualifying for being a giblet sees him in a mid pack scuffle that ends his race.

He's just terrible, no idea how you defend the guy.

You're actually incorrect again. VET pulled his typical prat maneuver in quali and cut GRO off at the end of the straight, screwing up his qualifying, and forcing GRO to attempt to create another 3 second gap to, now VET. Even Lando Norris, the driver affected by GRO, said it was VET's fault.

I will actually blame HAAS, in addition to VET, on this because they have the stupid policy on not warning their drivers of approaching traffic. Mr. Steiner, the TP, says it's the responsibility of the driver to know the position and closure rate of approaching cars. This is stupid and unreasonable.

But keep up your rhetoric.
