The BMW rubber floor mats that I have look good and work well. The rubber groves and diamond pattern roughly match the styling of the interior. I'd say the liners are better if you're dealing with snow since the mats could leak with melting snow gobs. Personally I don't like branding on 3rd party mats, and the BMW ones are competitively priced.

The cargo mat is a bit different in my opinion. The design on the BMW one is over the top for an otherwise plain cargo space. It's also expensive at around $200 (YMMV) and makes the tie downs harder to access in the name of looking cool. There are several generic unbranded mats on Amazon from a variety of sellers for under $60 that work with notches for the tie downs. Only downside was an initial odor that's gone now. It's not the most sticky mat that I've used but it does ok for groceries. However, I'd say splurge if you have a favorite mat brand or never use the hooks.
