You can say that about a lot of cars. Not much different from an M3...get an M340i tune it and buy a used Boxster/Cayman instead. The higher end models of "base cars" are never a value play.

You can do it with all-seasons but it has the potential to get SERIOUSLY sketchy. Snow is one thing but if there's ice here and there........on such a long trip.......... faaaaaaark you are likely to shit yourself at some point.
