[QUOTE=N1rve;31023123]Right?! They made the buying process quite difficult for me.[/QUOTE

Equally surprised that Irvine BMW did not make the list. Always had a great experience at this dealership (prices for air cabin filters excluded from the rating).

Just shady overall, in their documentation, service history, dreading to provide the asked information, the guy was wiping vehicles with a dirty cloth. I was buying out of state and they were not transparent with the condition of the car. Not a pleasant experience overall. My prior BMW purchase was not very far in terms of experience either. I believe very few dealerships are actually caring and truthful, unfortunately!

Both Sewell BMW of Grapevine and Sewell BMW of Plano made it. And I can attest that it tracks!

Thanks. I've heard a lot of bad things about their service department. I've had good luck with Bill Jacobs service department, so I've just been taking my vehicles there, even though I'm in the city and it takes me 35-40 minutes to get out there.

I was looking for their name. About to close on an M2 remotely and it’s the easiest buying experience I’ve had.

When it was Steve Thomas BMW we won it 9 times.
These days there is a lot that goes into winning these awards. I wont get into to it, but its a lot more then customer service.

At the same time, congrats to those who won this years,

Little surprised that none of the Austin dealers or San Antonio made the list, the smaller dealers beat them out (El Paso, Lubbock).

No Florida stores this year. At least BMW quit the joke of naming Braman BMW to the list when they obviously didn’t deserve the award.

They suck donkey balls. Noncompetitive and arrogant behavior by selling above market value on a high volume product (i.e. not G80).

Yeap! Not surprised at all! When many asked anywhere from $5-40k on ADMs for a non-limited editon car…

Yup. Mines was not there. Although I did have good interaction with the guy I bought it from though. Trying to be positive, lol!

BMW of Peabody, MA in that list? My experience with them was terrible. I bought my '23 Mini JCW Clubman from them and:
  • My car had cosmoline leaking from the engine bay that damaged the plastic trims around the wheelarches. They attempted to re-clean the engine bay and replace the trims twice, both times ill-fitting the replacements.
  • They could not provide me winter wheels and tires.
  • They could not source me the JCW alcantara steering wheel from the JCW parts catalogue.
  • They do not have a body shop.
  • Recently I found out that they left the suspension shipping blocks on, failing to remove it pre-delivery. I drove my car for a year thinking it was just the stiffest thing and when I had it lifted, found the blocks, and had them removed the car completely changed.

All the while nobody seemed to care about my frustration. I got my G23 M440xi from Herb Chambers BMW of Boston, who has been servicing it since, so I just switched to them for my Mini as well. Would not entertain dealing with BMW of Peabody anymore.

Cool to see Bert Ogden in McAllen on the list. I have to say, when I first got hooked up with them by Day Laborer I was like "what the hell is this going to be like in EXTREME South Texas (Rio Grande Valley). But I have to be honest, it was really very good. No BS, very professional, and all documentation was electronic. They actually had a GIANT touch screen (like a 32" diagonal screen) to sign all the docs electronically. It was pretty cool, NGL.
