I want that i5 M60 Touring in the US. Not going to happen, but I still want it. EV daily wagon would be the dream.

Not entirely true. The XM is a sales failure. My local BMW has six and they’ve been there for months.

The only constant is change, except frozen colors - THE constant of constants. Amazing color.

For all it’s worth, this car will sell for many reasons other than what the weight scale shows.

Announcing the 2030 M5 truck. Fully electric, 0-60 in 2.3 and only weighs 11,300 lbs. It has the performance and will sell more than the 3 series, so don’t criticize.

Looks bulky but fast. It could have had more horsepower but I guess it is a marketing tactic to bring out higher output engines every year or so keep the sales numbers at a certain level.
The V8 sounds very subdued.
I don't like the grille but someone will create a better one.

Ok, this 100% confirms it for me. The STANDARD 5 Series body should have been this wide from the start, then the M5 just needed to add wider front fenders, just like the previous formula.

The Standard 5 looks pathetic from the rear and the M5 has this hideous transition from the rear doors to fenders. What an all-around fail.

Sorry to be SO down on this design, but it’s unbelievably tacky compared to the way they did it before.

I agree with the rear doors to fenders part. At least they could have invested a bit more for getting new rear doors..

Quite surprised FDG will only cost 1950. I think was 3600 on my I5 and it's a great color.

I like the silver grill not only because I’m generally over the whole blacked out trim fad now that’s on every new car on the market but more so because I think it looks so much better with the silver breaking up the awkward rectangular sensor. Wonder if that’s going to be an option? Haven’t seen on the configurators.

Still can’t get over how goofy the two tone interior is.

That frozen gray is pretty cool. I just messed around on the visualizer and really think darker colors look good.

The individual black/violet full merino leather option available in march should pair nicely w that.
