Well not “too slow” but most probably slower than F90 (Comp?)due to extra 1000lb regardless of extra 100 hp…
But this is not the first time. I have seen some data claiming G8x Manual is also slower than F8x Manual in straight line (0-60 and 1/4 mile) again due to extra weight.

You may disagree with me, but if you want the M5 G90 to be similarly fast to the M5 CS F90, you need to install a racebox chip in the M5 G90

i won't comment on the race but it is almost universally known that this C63S is arguably one of the worst products AMG has ever put out... it is a small sedan that weighs 4700 lbs with a 4 cylinder that sounds anemic lol... i imagine in the US, perhaps they've sold 5 of these at best lol

Yeah it's critcized for the engine size, weight and sound but that doesn't make it a slow car by any means especially at 670 HP.

sure but the c63 is not nor has ever been an m5 competitor...

They addressed this in the video, with the reason being similar power outputs, drivetrains and at similar prices. In South Africa, the price difference between the C63s and M5 is about 10%. At those prices, it’s nothing.

I agree, it should be something in the class. But it’s nice to see the comparison regardless, considering the M5 is significantly heavier.
