Good to know. BTW, their instructions say hand tools only with Ti nuts otherwise the warranty is void.

Motorsports hardware is a great source and lists where it is made.

My favorite non-TI studs are MSI. But they are high!!

(BTW - I don't like chinese studs).

North American titanium and Chinese titanium is the same. It all comes from Canada or Russia... I'd be surprised if any of these "budget" options are using certed materials, and I would use certed Russian/Chinese Ti before I used un-certed Canadian stock.

Grade 5 is the right alloy to be using, but I would be surprised if anyone is making fastening hardware out of any other titanium grade.

The best would be grade 23 (eli gr 5) but that would be significantly higher base material cost.
