Isn't there that Johnny Justice (or something like that) guy who goes around NYC and finds cops who violate laws, records them on video, then harasses them about it?

I would think a cop would have the right to shoot the guy especially if he thought the guy following him was trying to endanger his life. He could have mistaken the camera for a gun. Pretty brave but retarded move by the guy who shot the vid.

The guy recording was a complete idiot! If he pulled that in NY, he would have gone in right away!! Two wrongs don't make a right...He should have been arrested for speeding and blowing through stop signs as well!! What a total tool!
