How is a total pothead any different than a chronic alcoholic? Neither are acceptable in general society. If you're stoned pretty much 100% of the time, you're going to get the same reaction as if you're mildly drunk all the time, like a true alcoholic. Neither will be able to hold a respectable job. Come into work drunk and you're going to get a negative review just like if you came in stoned.
Smoking dope every once in a while isn't much different from people who drink socially. I'm equating people who light up a couple times every damn day as the same as people who feel the need to drink 4-6++ 12oz beers every day. Employers and society will not find either acceptable, even if marajuana is legalized.

Searching online for "Most successful potheads". Be back in a minute. There has to be some millionaire heavy smokers. I am not saying what is right and wrong. My stance is whatever greases your chain and makes YOU happy...go ahead on. I found this. Most would seem to be former potheads..wink wink. There's a blog currently making a list of successful potheads: "Barack Obama. Bill Clinton, 42nd president of the U.S. John Kerry, U.S. Senator and 2004 Democratic nominee for president. John Edwards, multi-millionaire, former U.S. Senator, and 2004 Democratic nominee for vice president. Sarah Palin, governor of Alaska, 2008 Republican nominee for vice president. British Home Secretary Jacqui Smith, Transport Secretary Ruth Kelly, and and Chancellor Alistair Darling. Josh Howard, NBA all-star. New York Governor David Paterson. Former Vice President, Nobel Peace Prize winner, and Oscar winner Al Gore. Former Sen. Bill Bradley, who smoked while playing professional basketball. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, and former New York Governor George Pataki. Billionaire and New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg." It can be found here, with many more in the comments: http://www.theagitator.com/2008/11/07...

I have a large amount of knowledge about these tests, as I take them often, and I would have to say it depends who is testing you. If it it a cheap take home test, drinking a lot of water will do the trick for most. Problem with drinking a lot of water is that if the tester is smart enough they will be able to tell whether you have diluted the sample. I have seen people go to jail for diluting a urine sample. Legitimate lab testers can tell if you are trying to hide something, it all just depends how intensely you are being tested. The more water you have in your urine, the less that urine will appear to be a normal human sample.
Another question I would ask is if they are going to look at you while you pee in the cup. If they are, you should try either a detox drink or a 2 week pill detox treatment that will legitimately flush your system. Both of these can be bought at most smoke shops. If they are not going to be looking at you while you pee in the cup I would recommend purchasing a synthetic urine system that straps around your waist. There is a company that makes these that actually has a fake penis that is controlled by a valve. Other have a small hose that can be cut to come down right by your penis. The problem with these is that you need to get the synthetic urine to the right temperature. Most of the kits that you buy come with warmers that you put on the urine pouch that warms the urine to body temperature. From my experience you can simply strap the pouch around your waist an hour or so before the test and it will be warmed simply by body heat. I feel that this is the best way to do it if you are testing for a job or something along those lines where they are not going to go to extremes to catch you. If you are testing for a legal issue, I would do your best to flush your system naturally with exercise, water, and supplements. They have the means to go to any lengths to make sure that your sample is legitimate. Good luck |

You guys are missing my point. Casual/recreation pot use <> pothead. And no the fucking president doesn't toke up every afternoon, gonzo.

I don't think you'll be able to get all of it out of your system in just 12 days.
You can try the excessive water consumption, excercise, and all the above but with only 12 days to do so, you're likely to fail the test. Were you not warned about a test coming up?? Or was it just completely random?? |

My friend tokes every single day after work. Goes through like a quarter a week. Steady job, reliable guy. I know many people like this. Pretty much daily smokers who have their priorities straight. |

Its hard to flush because THC is stored in fat cells...test positive for up to 30 days..you best bet is to mask the test using the supplements...they cause you to spill a ton of protein in your urine...the problem here is that while you tested negative...they are suspicious because of all the protein in your urine...since you have some time, starvation, hydration and supplements is IMHO the best option
BTW...smoking does not make you a looser...

Pretty much what I was trying to relay but seemed to have failed miserably. Thanks for turning my bulb back on. The world is filled with awful and disgusting people whom don't smoke, curse or drink. Pick your poison.

Funny thing is was an area talk show was just talking about this topic, kinda. I guess Weed is considered a class 1 drug or whatever by our government. That lumps weed in with LSD, X, Trip, Meth, Coke, etc..., they reach this category because these drugs are said to be harmful while having no benefits. Sounds familiar to other things we all brought up that many of us consume regularly, tobacco and alcohol. The difference is a ton of money is tossed around by the tobacco and alcohol companies and back some D-bag govenors plans so hey nothing wrong with those items. Now don't take this the wrong way. I think every other drug in that list should be highly banned because someone could OD after one try of those drugs but to OD on weed, you have just as good a chance of dying of alcohol poisoning.

The question to ask for the weed haters out there is...
How many people have died as a result of an overdose from pot? 0. How many people have died as a result of an overdose of alcohol? 1 mil+

Well... heavy pot use just kills memory and decision making, at least it does to my friends who smoke it frequently. I'm not anti pot, I'm anti pot advocacy. :P

I do agree about the memory loss though. But only when someone is medicated is their memory shoddy. |
