They have the tell-tail "ragdoll flop" as seen in the picture above. He literally spends 95% of his time on his back. Kind of like those feinting goats that freeze up and fall over. It's almost as if he can't control it.. haha. |

Here's my cat. When my ex and I split, we didn't want to separate her cat and mine – since they'd been together for 5 years; so she has her now

The are so big n fluffy n lazy and I heard they follow people around from room to room.. love it. I'm pretty jealous of u n ur family

Can you guys believe the day I brought mouse home she was 24 hours from death by exposure? Some motherless bastard threw her onto the side of the freeway and left her there. She was 4 weeks old.

People suck... I had my cat Milo brought in to the station by someone who heard him crying outside his apartment. When I picked him up, he would NOT let go, so I knew I had to keep him. I don't get how people can be mean to animals.

Pics of Ben More of Owen lounging. His tounge is sticking out a little on this one... haha Ragdolls are a very laid back breed and they do follow you around everywhere... But the best thing is that as soon as I lay down/sit down he rolls up and then flops over on me and goes to sleep. Its really quite something. The breed also don't really meow like a typical cat, but rather "talk" to you in little chrips, etc... anyway, I'll quit rambling. |

She eats a whole baked chicken a day lol.....
What's really fun is when I go out and buy goldfish, put them in the bathtub, and watch her go to town. She basically wades into the tub and stomps on their heads. They're adapting though, last time the remaining survivors grouped together and hid under her stomach.... Smart little buggers.

So while deciding if there was some shelter it could be brought to where they wouldn't put it down we put it out on her screened porch with a bunch of towels, litter box, and kennel. It was really friendly and sweet. No place would take what they considered strays. Brought it to the vet today and had it checked out. Perfect healthy 2 year old boy, just a little underweight. Now that he checked out OK we moved him inside and are going to name him Chance because he has a second chance.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serval I'm sure that Noc can give you some more "personal" information about owning one. My guess is that it probably won't be easy to get one... and it would seem that at $5-6/ea for a roasted chicken they aren't cheap to maintain either.. LOL |
