Don't like this color, but this is the version I'm referring to and as much as we should praise Ford we should also damn them for not bringing to RS to the US.

Yep that's the Fester i'm talking about...it's the updated version of mine. It's just when people mention 30mpg it threw me, as my diesel 1.4TDCi does 60+ mpg.

All show and no go.

Besides, I know of two RS owners who've had their front bumpers unscrewed including lights etc whilst the car's been parked outside their houses.

I daily-drove my Elise for 6 years...

I also daily-drove my BMW320i E30 race car for a week whilst I needed to get more feel for it and bed in the brakes

The Fusion stateside is pictured earlier in the thread. A pretty decent midsize 4 door sedan along the lines of the Mondeo (in fact, it's kind of an update to the old Contour/Mondeo pair). Even the basic one has a lot of the driving goodness that was in the old SVT Contour/Mondeo ST200.

The Fusion sport is a really good handler, and the Fusion hybrid is one of the best of the breed.

I also got one through Avis a few weeks ago when I was in Missouri. I agree, I was really impressed.

Also, I think the single fact that you'll be able to get the equivalent of comfort access in a Ford Fiesta speaks volumes.
