Why can't I PM?

I think its a good rule to keep spam and other stuff away but maybe 5 posts to activate the pm system. Or at least mention how many we need.

the magic number is 5, but you have to give the forum time to recognize the post(a day or so)..you cant join and start PM'ing everyone bc their are a lot of spammers around here
