It was started with good intent.

Then the immature fucktards showed up. From that point on, the thread became unsalvageable. The general E9X subforum fucktardedness must be spilling over.

Yet we've got a billion fucktarded, useless, unfunny spinoffs that are thriving. That's about par for the course here lately.

The old adage "this is why we can't have nice things..." certainly rings true.

What's a bigger rush: high speed chase or the moment right after you bust the door down at a dope house?

Dope house for sure, but the biggest is getting the bad guy to confess even though he doesn't want to.

Human intelligence. I think he's referring to interrogation, specifically.

Interrogation? I wouldn't call it that. It's kinda like a dirty word (along with that shitty torture word).

HUMINT Extraction does not have to be a forceful or unpleasant process. It can be very friendly and good-natured, and when done right is a pretty effective tool.

That sounds a lot like how I work, but we don't get to use the other technique. It's a psychological game of chicken combined with a rubic's cube.

Then I'd prefer the term "social engineering" or elicitation for what you're referring to, or perhaps something not as attributable. But then again, I'm too young to drink.

You can call it whatever you want. In the end, there are many ways to skin a cat.

Sometimes though, you have to break some eggs to make an omelette. Just don't fucking put it on fucking video.

If you don't mind me asking what is your disability? If you can pass the physical, you should be fine, provided your disabled status doesn't prohibit you from perform essential functions. If it does, there are many non-sworn jobs in LE that are interesting if not as cool as patrol. Crime scene technicians do cool stuff as do other civilian specialists. It really depends on the nature of your disability and the department where you apply.

Damn. That's gonna be a tough one. Back problems are very common among LE due to the long hours in cars and the in and out wearing the gear. You might make yourself worse
