Yeah thats why my area is one of the safest areas. I live around guys with ferraris, porches, benz, bmw's and all kinds of cars. I dont think i need to move to a "safer" place. Far as things went missing, the usual electronics, paintings, jewerly, etc man.

I've been robbed a few times (though I doubt everything in my apartment excluding jewlery is worth close to $30k) and there's some things you can do to help. 1) Get a floor safe for all your valuables. I have a 150lb safe that is bolted into the floor, so that baby isn't going anywhere. I keep all my spare cash/watches/jewlery in that. 2) Get a alarm that has a battery backup/wireless radio transmitter. That way if they cut the power and phone lines the alarm will still work.
