They both acted like children. Putting his foot in front of the wheel was stupid. I'd sue the cop for hitting the car with his fist, and dragging me out of the car. For a parking ticket? I don't think so.

Cops are out of control. The Ferrari driver should watch out for attacks from NYPD drones.

Well, a parking ticket in NYC is more like $60 - $120, but yes. He really didn't need to just drive off like that, when he's already being cited for parking illegally.

Then again, the cop was being overly dramatic. There was no need to drag him out of the car like that and throw him on the street. He just needed the plate number, and could have then issued a warrant for resisting arrest

Did you guys at least read on this issue? I see a lot of people saying shit here without even knowing the real situation...

The car was LEGALLY parked by the hotel (you can see the cones around it). It is a VALET parking spot and the Hotel put the car on their own spot on purpose. Therefore, the Ferrari shouldn't be getting a ticket. You can see the guy saying he will be moving the car, but the cops clearly doesn't give a fuck and puts his foot under the tire on PURPOSE. The guy is a douche, yes, but he obviously didn't ran over the guy on fucking purpose. The cop and the guy are at the faults here imo. The guy should have explained the situation, and the cop shouldn't have done that on purpose.

Btw, the blonde chick is Stephanie Pratt.

I think he really did run over the cop's foot, otherwise the cop would have had time to smartly reach for his nightstick, and THEN wack the s### out of the window, not the way he did which would have hurt his hand.
Man, that guy is trash, don't try to use force against a guy with a GUN and who has lots of reasons to use it. He's lucky he didn't run into a psycho cop.
