Well, you're right until I watched this. I'm glad I did b/c now I know what to expect. when I'm in that kinda neighborhood, walking past those types of kids, I'm gonna get into the "give-me-a-reason" mode.

Well yea but what I was saying is if people would actually pay attention to their surroundings instead of being buried in their phone all the time or something of that nature, then this would be avoidable.

Locally some dumbass 17 yr old did this to some unsuspecting guy using a stungun, but the guy had a conceal and carry permit and shot the kid in the ass as he ran in fear.

hypothetical here. What if a kid one punches me and I fall to the ground. I'm not completely KO'ed and I reach for my gun and point it at the kid. The kid sees the gun, gets scared and starts to run off. Is it still self defense if I shoot him in the ass while he's running off? Can carrying really prevent something like this from happening?

With the way our judicial system works, and the way people of our nation have become so soft to things like this, I would think you would have a very very very hard time fighting your way out of that one in court. The jury would probably look at you for being in the wrong because all he did was punch and run.

I'd personally shoot him in the ass, too. That's why kids get away with the shit they do, they never have to take accountability for their actions.

You are right about this. If you defend yourself and and gain the advantage over your attacker, you are no longer considered a "victim" in a situation like this.

Others have already said this, but please be careful out there, all of you. Situational Awareness will up your chances of possibly avoiding an incident with cowards like these childish fools.

im all for gun rights and to carry... but the system (especially in these liberal states) is stacked against us if shit does go down. like a couple people have already mentioned, the most fucked up part about this "game" is that the whole point is to hit someone completely unaware to get maximum shock which is why they all crumple to the ground after being hit. even if a person has a gun on them, if they get hit sideways completely unaware, that gun isnt coming out until the person wakes up... if they do. then that presents two scenarios:

1. victim gets up and pulls out his/her strap and the kids run away. cant shoot them from the back or you'll definitely become the aggressor and the kids then become the "victims" in this fucked up system. game over but at least you live.

2. victim is knocked the fuck out on the ground and the kids see the gun. they grab it from the victim and then shit just got worse.

either way, nobody wins. fuck the system. if these kids wanna play with death, then they better be ready to face it too. front or back, these lil shits need to go down. "innocent angels" my ass. fuck them and their family.
