LOL I went there about 6 months ago with my wives car, (been in 2 wrecks one pretty bad) he said as long as the car looks/runs great and has no noticeable frame damage they will take the car. I hate that place, they are the Best Buy of cars.

Carmax doesnt offer a Carfax with there vehicles they give free Autocheck reports, which in my opinion is actually better. I bought my bmw from a carmax last may and came with a autocheck report that was great. Ive actually checked carfax's before and it shows 1 accident with frame damage, the same vehicle on an Autocheck report will show if it was totaled/salvaged or what not.

OP., run the car fax right now to see if that accident shows up now...carfax doesn't show all accidents...but to not check a car fax before buying any used car is crazy...if its a nice car, I always have auto body guy check it out in addition to a car fax.
