Good stuff man. I have the Banana ON protein powder that I blend w/ skim milk, it tastes great as well but I'm thinking I might get tired of it before I empty the container. I usually get Vanilla because it's easy to add other stuff and change the flavor.

So you're saying NO Xplode gave you more energy than Superpump?

Maybe I stated it wrong. I preferred Superpump but it's hardly a scientific conclusion as I only tried No Xplode once. Both are probably good supplements but I chose Superpump 250 because it has less caffeine.

I read after the fact that Orange was the best flavor as it tastes like an "orange push-up you get at the Ice Cream Trucks." I had a slight buzzing feeling at first but when I got to the gym it was fine. I have a pretty sensitive stomach and it didn't affect me at all. I had breakfast but only had fruit for lunch so my stomach was considered somewhat empty. I used NO-Explode once, this seemed to give me more energy? My workout was great. I had the Banana flavor Syntha-6. It was absolutely great. I mixed it with water and it dissolved relatively easy by shaking it up in my cup "designed for protein shakes." The cup had a strainer with very big holes so it does it job well at mixing the protein. If you're wondering, it's an APEX cup, I got it free while working for 24 Hour Fitness Corporate a few years back. APEX is a 24 Hour Fitness brand. The flavor was great and it wasn't heavy at all. I will go have to buy another one to have variety and to keep one at work and home.
What multi are you taking? Orange Triad, Animal Pak, something else?

It's good to hear the Superpump didn't affect you. I have a pretty sensitive stomach as well and I've been a bit scared to take it because I heard it caused some bathroom issues.

I like Syntha alright, but it doesn't fill me up enough. I like to have more of a filling protein. I'm still working on finding the right one. I like MM, but still undecided on it overall.

I bought this Multi based on the recommendation of the store I was at (DS Nutrition):
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ast/multi-pro.html

You take 2 per day. Animal Pak are way too many pills for me.

I love Muscle Milk. I'm a pretty picky guy so I might get that to add to the variety. I am going to buy the Synth-6 Strawberry Shake ASAP. I might check out some of the Muscle Milk lite stuff.

I might give those Multi's a try next. Have you noticed a difference in your energy, or just the way you feel?

I switched from Centrum (taken my whole life) to Men's One-A-Day and noticed an unbelievable difference immediately.

I haven't had Sythna Strawberry yet, but I've heard it's one of the best Strawberry flavors out there.

Are you a member on ******* or just browse it for info like I do?

when i was in college. . . the lifting schedule attached helped me reach the best shape I was ever in.

Set a Max for Bench, squats, clean

Then follow the % schedule and lift the designtated percentage of your max on those days.

I'm not sure if the Multi's have changed the way I feel but I have been feeling great all-around for awhile now. My energy has been high because I have been hitting the gym on a regular basis. The vitamins are for insurance/peace of mind.

I'm just a lurker on ******* but I'll probably sign up.

Well if you can sustain each session for at least half an hour you would be good to go but there may be some negative side effects.

Never have tried that. I'd read the product labels and compare if you were concerned with it.

I am stronger at this point in my life then I've ever been, but more out of shape then I've ever been.

I am 5'7" weight 145lbs and max bench press 210lbs.

However I can't last more than 15 minutes of half court 2 on 2 basketball.

I need to start running and playing sports a lot more like I used to do in high school, cause its quite embarrasing.

Can you explain what you mean by forearm circuit?

I've taken them before. I will never go back to Centrum again probably. Just like protein powders though, I'm sure it's good to mix up your multi's.

Anyone else just feeling stressed this week? I'm not really stressed, just in a pissed off mood. I can't wait to get into the gym tonight. After I did my normal random works out on Monday (1hr15min), I was still hungry for more but didn't feel like waiting on machines anymore and left.
