when i was in college. . . the lifting schedule attached helped me reach the best shape I was ever in.
Set a Max for Bench, squats, clean Then follow the % schedule and lift the designtated percentage of your max on those days.

Well if you can sustain each session for at least half an hour you would be good to go but there may be some negative side effects.

I am stronger at this point in my life then I've ever been, but more out of shape then I've ever been.
I am 5'7" weight 145lbs and max bench press 210lbs. However I can't last more than 15 minutes of half court 2 on 2 basketball. I need to start running and playing sports a lot more like I used to do in high school, cause its quite embarrasing. |
