What's For Dinner Tonight?

Tonight from Rick's kitchen we have salmon fillets pan cooked in red Thai curry and coconut milk with added vegetables in the mix served up with tagliatelle pasta.
A glass of Freeman's Bay Marlborough Sauvignon blanc complements the meal perfectly.

Chicken thighs cooked wrapped in bacon for flavour to keep the moisture in, with Yorkshire pudding,sauerkraut and small roast potatoes.
