LOL, I am not a female, but I can answer this for you as a guy's perspective.

1- Depends on where you guys met. Find common ground. Make sure 1st 3 convo doesn't go longer than 5minutes. Don't worry about getting her number or email. Around 4th or 5th meet, if girl is interested, she will ask for your #.
