Dude... you got me all wrong. I am staying FAR AWAY from him for the next 6 weeks. He fixin' to explode. Prediction: By the time the six weeks are up, he has a rotator cuff "injury" and has to abstain for even longer because HIS workout routine needs focus. (Or whatever....)

Yeah that sounds about right...gets your heart pumped but muscles not ready.
Beta alanine is probably best for real explosive pump. Although sometimes get jitters too. |

The wrestlers recipe:
1. Eat mad salt for a couple days, supplement with some bananas 2. Next few days eat no salt, drink a gallon of water a day, limit your calorie intake and eat mostly easily digestible protein and fiberous veggies - believe it or not, shit weighs a lot (use a laxative for one or two days) 3. Do mad cardio and high rep super sets, hit the sauna * if you feel faint, pop a sugar cube or skittles 4. Wear mad layers and sweat 5. Day of. Eat nothing. Drink nothing. Spit constantly. You'll probably pass out or die but you'll cut 8lbs fast. Seriously be careful. You'll make weight but won't be able to fight. |

Try working out first I doubt you need the same advise as a ripped guy pulling 650 plus lb deadlifts. Simple math burn more than you take in. You aren't trying to make weight for single day it's to stay that way.

Side note. Working out first time at new gym out of town in the evening when busy. Did deads and worked in with couple guys both 50 plus lbs heavier than me. They were bitching about not being able to get 405 so proceeded to rip off a 405 double and 455 single. Bar was slick as shit about lost it, but couldn't drop in front of new guys.
