Please do! Wrapping the rice/meat mixture in the grape leaves is kind of tedious and can be a bitch. Be patient with the sauce, don't want it to coagulate instead of being smooth. Use lemon with discretion, some people like to use three lemons, but that's a bit much for me.

I don't know the right name, but cow tongue on flour tortilla is actually pretty good..., considering you don't know what it is before you eat it. Then once you know it's good it doesn't seem so bad.
