I remember when websites had midi soundtracks, "under construction" gifs, and all visuals had Drop Shadows + Bevel and Emboss + Gradients. Probably made with a warez Photoshop 4.0 version downloaded in 38 parts with a 28.8k modem.

I always did John Wayne. What a pleasure compared to LAX!

Yes, I prefer John Wayne as well. It's a 50-minute drive. Do you have a layover?

We were half way home when it hit us that we never grabbed butter, which was the one thing we went there to get. Like I was saying earlier, repeated steps because you can't remember shit.

And earlier today I was tying up a long electrical cord with a zip tie and when I snipped the excess tie with the scissor, I somehow managed to also snip off a good chunk of flesh from my index finger knuckle. I'm so dangerous with any tool at all in my hands.
Sounds normal to me. Lost count of how many times we have been out for 1-2 items and ended up buying anything but that item. It's worse when we go to Target as that's her favorite store.

Experiment. Try going without her and see if you remember kidding. I cannot remember more than 5 things it seems. If she says get me this as well.. I have to say no. It's like something new displaces what's there.

And this is why I make a list. Which is ultimately left behind. In NY they no longer give you bags. You have to bring your own. It’s a really good Sunday when I remember both my list and my bags.

And rental cars on site. Only bad thing is I would normally fly out on the red eye. If it was delayed too long you ran the risk of being canceled as there was a cut off time for outbound flights due to the noise ordinance. My business centered around Orange County so it was also very convenient.

In our area these days, the school bus will sit outside every kid's front door for 5+ minutes while they put their mittens on indoors for the frigid 55 degree outside temperature. Oh, and let's not forget the helicopter parents who drive their kids to/from school to spare them the trauma of a bus ride!

$0.35 for a slice of pizza. $0.35 to get on the train or bus. And I remember the first time gas went above $1.00/gallon. The old pumps didn't go up that high and they were charging you by the half gallon.

An 18 inch cord won't get you very far.

At least you know/remember how you cut yourself

Hey, that's a new gash. Did I already clean it? That why I started with merthiolate solution. Leaves a very red indication that I did clean it

Don't I know it. Went to a wedding yesterday. Did the car ride. Muscles felt tight. Lot's of standing there. Everything hurts. Just about managed to shower and dropped into bed. Like my legs ran a marathon. Go to the gym but these long events require a different level of endurance.
