Didn't even make it through Friday. Was catching too much attention from the 16-20 crowd. Told my son if he wants them on his Jettta...I'd be glad to set him up.
Did start blacking out the chrome trim with black vinyl though...I'll post those up when done. |

Finally got the X900e delivered and decided to hang it, why not the promotion made it free! Its day 2 and I have to say so far I am loving it. The upscaling for DirecTV is decent, could be better. HDR and 4k looks great! No ghosting! Tonight I am going to play a bunch of Destiny on Xbox One S and PS4 to see how that goes!

Nope. I couldn't justify the $4k pricetag considering all of the research and reviews I've done for the past week or so. It really came down to: LG (which I have bought the last five LG phones and love my G6 is amazing!) Samsung, Fosil and Huawei. All pictured below:
Fosil LG Samsung Huawei I chose the Huawei for a few important reasons: #1 Android Wear compatible #2 Reviews #3 All Metal bracelet with optional full leather band The look of the Huawei is a combination of Sport and Dress and it works very well in either dress code for me. The interface is very very well laid out! It has a nice heft to it and it's just the right size. Not too gigantic and obvious smart watch and not dainty. It has 40 great looking face designs from sporty to full luxury moon phase style. And I have fund the heart rate monitor to quite accurate. Quote:

The bummer with those smart watches are, that they wouldnt tell ya much information if they're dont connected to your smart phone.
I'd searched a bit before I'd found a small tracker which is functionally stand alone, because I dont want to share my data via Android with other unknown participants, call that paranoia, I dont care

Cool
Moving to a new job that makes my car my office again. This means I need a new cooler for my car so I picked up a Yeti "Hopper Two 20." The main attraction is the tie-down points so it won't roll around my trunk; and the completely sealed design that will absolutely prevent any chance of a spill.

Photo must contain BMW logo on steering wheel and starbucks in the other hand.
edit: I just saw his photos. I have taste that lies on the opposite side of the spectrum from TXSTYLE (because I don't do big as I don't live in TX) but I love looking at all his stuff. Always intrigued with his purchases and lifestyle. |
