My favorite Indian rice dish lately. Vegetarian. I have posted the recipe on this site before.

Topped with a tadka of cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chile fried in grapeseed and mustard oils.

Accompanied by mango pickle (achar) and curd (yogurt).
