Fabric fuse and a compass cutter since there was a snafu w/ the last swag patches I ordered. Not going to add hook velcro too all of them but probably at least half. I already had a lot of hook velcro from when I ordered 25 yds a while ago so...I guess this works out.

Was having issues with the Pixel...by that, I mean Google sent out their code to give it shitty battery life at the 2 year mark to force the upgrade.

Had one of 2 choices...go for the pixel 3, turning my pixel in for a mere $130. Or, go for the LG V40 Thinq and get $360 for the trade in.

Looking...the V40 and Pixel3 are identical with exception to LG's 5 cameras...sure Pixel leads the OS, but I did get burned once being on the front edge of the upgrades. Figured this would tie in better with my LG OLED TV as well.

I have the V30, works okay, wish I would have gone a different route. For music it's great and also has 5g capabilities. Battery life is fantastic. Screen is too dark and it has trouble keeping internet signal sometimes.

So far...I get signal at my desk with this phone. Which is a plus vs the Pixel.

Have not had any internet issues yet...things have been okay there.

Wish is was a tad smaller...tad large to keep in the pocket or use with one hand. I'm sure I'll get accustomed to it.

picked these Autumn Blaze Maples from a nursery this morning as they are trying to sell before winter hits. $26.99 for what normally sells for $120-140. these as you can see are around 10-15' tall! you can see how far up the house they go! Home Depot sells the same tree but a 5-6' will cost you $40. these will be planted in the backyard as I already have 4 of these planted along the street

for those who don't know about trees the Autumn Blaze Maples have one of the brightest red fall colors

As a certified nursery tech I can tell you that it's not a good thing their that tall. They don't have enough of a root ball to support winter hardiness. Also you'll need to heavily stake then due to the height and lack of weight. Always buy trees that are ball and burlap,

Well, well, well...for all your geeks, Thursday was Fallout 76 Reclamation day, I'd received my Power Armor Edition and unboxed it immediately.
That helmet is lightweight in comparison to its size and was fun to activate sound and light modules

So far, I have to go back to the vault...
