Let the G8X be the badge whore's dream car.

I want the 2-series to remain as the enthusiast's choice. The more sales they get, the more they'll water down how it drives.

These new spy shots are really, really promising. Love the look of the m mirrors on the higher spec one. (Two tail pipes)

Looking good on all fronts except the triangular front side intakes. Those have all the hallmarks of what will be a naf look on a beautifully proportioned car.

Man, that would be cool. Kinda like the BRZ/FRS enthusiasts have been asking for since that car came out (minus much of the lightness, but hey its 2021, everything is fat.)

Imagine a Ti variant with an NA I6, now that would be awesome, albeit forever a dream.

Cool mirrors? Those remind me of the garbage they’ve stuck on the G8x abominations.

Wow the leaks were legit. This thing's gonna look like it came out in 2009 lol. Which I'm sure is a positive for some people...it even has pre-LCI E90 taillights!

And to the people celebrating the smaller grilles, Scott29 said that the m2 will have different and taller grilles, though not as extreme as the G8x.

Pretty sure nobody is asking for a 3600 lb coupe!

I am surprised by the small size of the grills and the shape of them, they are rounded, was expecting them to be angular similar to G8x. So bmw is just going to make each model have a totally diff and inconsistent grill, like Audi does. Got it.

Generally encouraged by this.
Triangular air intakes on the front still not great, but I can live with them.
