The better half wasn't feeling well last night, so I went to an old staple.

Rice with plenty of soy and chili oil (the stuff with fried garlic and shallot pieces) and two sunny side up eggs. Simple and delicious.

I whipped up some pasta sauce. Ground beef, sauteed onions and peppers, garlic, Italian spices, marinara sauce. Over shells. Quite tasty. Didn't grab a pic tonight, though.
